Domestic Orders (Within India)
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Whether you made a wrong selection, changed your mind, or placed a duplicate order — we’ve got you.
After 2 Hours
Once the order enters processing, we’re unable to cancel it as materials and logistics are already in motion
Most orders begin processing within a few hours, so we recommend reaching out to us quickly for any changes.
After Dispatch
Cancellations are not possible after dispatch. However, you may raise a return request once the product is delivered, as per our [Return & Replacement Policy].
International Orders
International orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement.
After 2 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to customs and overseas handling processes.

Refund Timelines
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
All orders must be prepaid.
